Novel Scans

And here you go. And since my Kino book was there, I thought "Argh, Kino's cute; let's make scans of her!!"

"Gakuen Kino" is a parody of Kino no Tabi (Kino's Journey) made by the author himself. (With nice Shizu/Kino-esque scenes!) It's a pretty funny read so far, I'm thinking of making a review on it later. XD

I'll probably translate some stuff from the KH2 novel once I get around to reading it.

Poor Axel, he's trying so hard to be cool and vaguely menacing and totally gay, but Disney defies him.

I'm like, totally in awe of Amano Shiro. How does he manage to make Older!Sora look so much like his Chibi!Sora from KH1 and CoM while still making him look older? It's not like he just threw down a grown-up Sora, you can still see the chibi he was last year. ♥♥♥

Hahah, that would have been an interesting thing to see. XD Unfortunately, she's in the go-home club. :P Oh, and her Persuader is actually a toy gun. ~~But it does turn into a real Persuader at certain times but that's a spoiler.~~

Oh, and I've been meaning to ask you something. Have you tried going to the local library? It seems to me that even if they don;t carry manga, there might be some light novels you could read without having to buy them.

Ahhh, the Kino parody looks awesome. Makes me wish I could read Japanese, or at least that more novels got licensed and translated. I know tokyopop does a few, but I wish they would license the KH novels or the suzumiya Haruhi novels. At least you can find Suzumiya Haruhi online though.

Anyway, thank you so much for the scans! The one with Axel and Pluto is the cutest thing ever. I like how Kairi's in the background going all, "ZOMG BEASTALITY"

I already translated some parts of the first KH2 novel (which you can read in one of these links) and I'm thinking of partially translating the 2nd book, too, but currently I'm too busy, sorry. ^_^; I wrote a review on Gakuen Kino here but I don't feel like translating it. Someone in

Manga are comics while novels are books full of text but with a few illustrations added in. It's really as simple as that. XD If you look through here, I've translated some parts of the first novel.

kaybek are planning to translate the rest of the novels, starting from CoM so maybe you should watch them for further updates?

If you want to buy the books, www.amazon.co.jp would be the best place but it's a Japanese site. ^_^;
